A fantastic role has become available for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join a well-established business in the Oldbury area for an internal sales role. The successful person will maintain close relationships with existing business and help expand and promote sales. Attitude and personality is key for this position and experience in account management is desirable.
Job Duties:
- Working amongst an established sales and administration team and liaising between departments.
- Account management, maintaining sales targets for designated accounts and establishing a working relationship.
- Take incoming calls, enquiries etc. but also being able to make the proactive call when required.
- Processing orders
- Managing customers expectations
- Dealing with quotes and chasing quotes.
- Liasing with customers and negotiating prices.
- Monitoring and maintaining accounts.
