Global CTS Recruitment and working with an independent company based in Wantage. Due to expansion and continued growth, they are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team. This is a busy role and the Wantage team specialise within the regions of South West Oxfordshire to include Didcot, Abingdon and the surrounding towns and villages. As an experienced Sales Negotiator you will be driven and professional and ideally looking to progress your career into management over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining good working relationships with both vendors and buyers
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Generating market appraisals
• Negotiating sales with clients regarding their purchase or sale of both residential and commercial properties
• Identifying and prospecting for further business opportunities
• Preparing correspondence as appropriate
• Recording and maintaining up to date information on our CRM system

Skills

• 1 years experience of working in a sales-based position within an estate agency
• Strong team player who is driven to succeed
• Approachable with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Car owner with a full UK driving licence with good knowledge of the area
