£23,000 - £25,000/annum Generous uncapped commission scheme

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively engaging potential clients, understanding their security needs, and promoting our comprehensive range of security solutions. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our security clients.

What’s on offer?

Full time, Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm-NO WEEKENDS

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify potential customers in the security industry.

Utilize various lead generation techniques to build a robust sales pipeline.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our client's security solutions and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to position our offerings competitively.

Client Engagement:

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations.

Sales Targets:

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual appointment setting targets.

Effectively manage and prioritize leads to maximize conversion rates.

CRM Utilization:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the security industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and meeting booking abilities.

Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and convey complex security concepts.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 12 months of experience in telesales.
