Role: Sales Manager
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid working option after probation - 6 months)
Term: Full Time, Permanent
Contract: 40 hours per week
Salary: Starting Salary £36,000.00 Basic (min OTE £65K)
Shifts: 5 days out of 7, opening hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 8pm, Friday 9am - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm, Sunday 10am - 6pm (1 late shift per week)

This is an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager who has worked in a contact centre environment previously.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can Inspire and motivate a team of sales professionals supporting ambition and building on motivation. The ability to identify training needs to improve performance and most importantly to have a solid understanding of sales methodologies which you can draw on to coach and develop your team.
The requirements of the type of Sales Manager we are looking for are -

• Somone who has a Proven sales management experience - The ideal candidate would have 18 months+ sales management experience in a high activity sales environment.
• B2B or B2C sales management experience where you have managed a team of high activity, consultative sales professionals.
• Positive attitude- A positive and resilient attitude individual who will consistently perform at a high level to meet and exceed targets.
