Aftersales Manager

Based at a dealership in Wincanton, we require a candidate who will be responsible for a team of workshop, service and parts teams.
As part of this role you will lead, motivate and support the team, drive performance to maximise sales and profit, deal with any issues and complaints, implement strategies to increase aftersales revenue, keep track of KPI and target management and support the team and others around the business.
As well as previous experience, you must have great customer service skills and communication skills. Have a record of exceeding targets, able to identify business opportunities, and good computer skills.
This role is working Monday – Friday (40 hours a week) but you must be flexible to work a Saturday if required. They can offer a competitive salary of OTE IRO £40,000 (uncapped), monthly bonus opportunities, company vehicle, annual profit share scheme (eligible after one full calendar years’ service, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service), pension, discounted MOT, service and parts and ongoing training and development.
