Field Sales Manager – UK, South

Client:

Our client is a multi-million-pound organisation, operating predominantly in the South East, they are a market leader within the Construction Industry. The company was established over 100 years ago and are well-known and respected for their high-quality products and superior levels of service.

You will be responsible for:

• Generating new business and identifying opportunity to grow existing accounts
• Managing your own diary
• Achieving operational targets, budgets and KPI’s
• Territory management
• Building relationships with decision makers

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 1 year of B2B Field Sales experience
• Have a successful sales background/knowledge within Construction/Building materials
• Live within the areas of Suffolk/Essex
• Line management experience would be advantageous
• Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding targets
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumen
