Basic plus uncapped commission
Excellent opportunity for a property enthusiast to work for a recognised name within the new homes sector.
You will be responsible for the sales of new properties, both completed and planned plots. You will assist with viewings, ensure the site and show homes are highly presentable, have an excellent understanding of the varying properties, and be able to assist customers with any enquiries.
This role will see you being a key contact, assisting with the customer journey, through initial interest to completion. You will have excellent communication skills and accurate administrative ability.
Candidate requirements:
You will be required to work Thursday to Monday with hours varying between 10am and 7pm dependent upon day. You will be rewarded with a basic salary plus uncapped commission.

- Able to listen to customer requirements and sell inline with these
