We are currently expanding our team and recruiting for an experienced Temporary Recruitment Consultant who is committed to providing a professional knowledge-based service.

This is a full time, office-based position that can offer a highly competitive basic salary up to £32,000 which is demonstrable with relevant experience, excellent commission structure, free gym memberships, team breakfast on Friday’s, enhanced annual leave entitlement, weekly wellbeing hours, paid bereavement leave and much more!

To be considered it is preferred you can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years in Temporary recruitment with a proven track record in sales and an understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.

You must be a driver with access to your own transportation.

Temporary Recruitment Consultant main duties:

• Sales, Marketing and Client meetings to identify new recruitment opportunities
• Development of business within an existing client base
• The Recruitment and supply of temporary and permanent staff to businesses throughout the County
• Running advertising campaigns, interviewing and selecting candidates
• Managing, motivating and developing a temporary workforce
• Associated administration

Temporary Consultant required skills and experience:

• A proven track record of developing new business within a telesales or field sales environment
• Excellent administration and communication skills
• High standards in customer service and a commitment to deliver these
• Drive, enthusiasm and commitment to succeed
• A full driving license and your own car
