Job Title: Head Of Sales & Marketing

Salary: £60,000-£80,000 per annum

Location: Knowsley, Merseyside (Working hours of 0900-1700, Mon-Fri)

We are currently recruiting for a Head Of Sales & Marketing position to work with a leading technology and software company. The company’s head office is within the Knowsley area and the right candidate will ideally have experience in a similar Head & Sales & Marketing capacity and within a similar technology or software field.

The key duty in this role will be to lead sales and marketing strategies across full departments that will include lead generation, field sales and marketing functions. This will also include having line responsibility of both an experienced and talented field sales team and will have the opportunity to select and grow the right marketing team to support the leadership team.

Additional Responsibilities Will Include:

 

• Own the sales and marketing vision, strategies and implementation across the company’s direct channels.
• Bringing your own expertise on lead generation and marketing management.
• Build, manage, inspire and mentor a team of talented experts in their fields.
• Working closely with the Product Management team to plan, coordinate and optimise a return on investment.
• Reshaping the company’s reporting to leadership to focus on the right metrics.
• Supporting the sales team with pitch desks, product demos and all case studies.

Requirements:

• At least 5 + years experience in a similar position and to be experienced in both offline and online sales & marketing.
• Ideally a Marketing Degree or something similar.
• Experience of developing and implementing sales strategies which have grown market share.
• Experienced within Retail SaaS experience.
• Line management experience.
