Sales Executive - Cheltenham - 28k Basic + Uncapped Commission (40-50k OTE)

Alecto Recruitment are working with one of the leading installers of renewable energy systems in the Southwest of England. Our client deals mainly with domestic customers and help them with the design and installation of solar PV and battery storage systems.

They are currently looking to expand their internal B2C sales team with an exciting full time permanent employment opportunity for a driven Renewables Sales Executive. The role involves direct sales in the home improvement sector of renewables.

Package:

• £28,000 Basic + Uncapped commission (40-50k OTE)
• Highly flexible hours after initial training
• 20 days holiday + Bank holidays

The Role:

• Office based (with the potential for some hybrid working)
• Converting warm leads to sales in the Solar PV Business to Consumer sales market.
• Daily outbound contact with potential customers.
• Liaising with customers and providing excellent customer service.
• Provide sales report to Management.
• Observing system design and creating proposals for customers.

Hours:

9am-5pm whilst training - Hours can be flexible afterwards.

Opportunities to change your working hours based on the best times to sell, for example 11am-5pm, then 6pm-8pm working from home (to be decided by you and the sales manager).

The most important requirement of the role is a driven and hard working attitude, our client are looking for someone hungry and raring to sell, whilst also providing 5* customer service.

Applicants should ideally have a minimum 2 years previous experience of office based and/or field sales, and have a strong track record of domestic project sales / business to consumer sales.

Solar PV & Battery / Renewables knowledge would be ideal however training will be provided so if you don't have experience in this field, your application will still be considered.
