Head of Sales

As the Head of Salesperson, you will be focussing on providing Business SaaS solutions to clients in the UK tourism industry.
As the Head of Sales you will be:
- Identifying and acquiring new customers from the Tourism industry
- Identifying and acquiring new customers from the Outdoor industry, in particular gear brand OEMs and distributors.
- Building and developing good relationships with customers and partners.
- Identifying customer requirements and providing solutions from SaaS platform products and other marketing product portfolio.
- Developing and independently implementing new sales strategies in direct cooperation with the UK management and our worldwide sales team.
- Providing regular reports and forecasts on performance, activities and target achievement.
- Leading and managing 2 of their existing sales and customer success team members.
- Travelling to see UK clients and attend events; overseas travel to headquarters for training and twice-annual company conference.
- Sales/business development experience combined with analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- Experience in selling into the travel industry or tourism industry.
- Ideally, you will have relationship networks from the outdoor industry or tourism destination industry.
- Experience in selling marketing or advertising services, or
- Experience in selling digital SaaS platforms to B2B clients, or
- Experience in selling into the outdoor industry, notably to gear OEMs.
- Passion for outdoor sports and innovative technologies.
- Flexible, willing to travel, communicative, self-confident, and know how to inspire others.
- Good command of written and spoken English. Other national languages - especially German - are an advantage.
- Driven, passionate about sales, and committed to achieving results.
