Information Security Compliance Coordinator/Analyst

Glasgow Hybrid - 2 days in Glasgow HO, 3 days home working (Open to discussing flexible working or part time)

Up to £35k + benefits

Avidity Group are currently recruiting an 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿/𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 to support our Group Risk Manager.

This is a fast paced and varied role which is initially fixed term for 5mths - however does have the potential for extension or leading to a permanent opportunity at Avidity.

You will have experience working within a similar role with a firm grip of ISO27001.  Your key contacts will be Avidity Group stakeholders across the business as you will be the first point of call to provide guidance and support on InfoSec/compliance situations on a variety of tasks including security risk assessments.  You will consider yourself a subject matter expert on Information Security and be confident conducting security investigations and reporting.  Day to day you will maintain our ISMS and other trackers as well as contribute to other security related tasks as they arise.   You will also collaborate with some external contacts such as client information security requests and supplier due dilligence.

What are we looking for?

• Good experience of ISO27001 Standard
• Strong security incident response background
• You will be confident with proven experience conducting information security audits and assessing risk
• Comfortable and confident communicating with multiple stakeholders and can adapt your style accordingly to explain effectively
• Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint
• Ideally you will also have a good working knowledge of compliance, data protection and GDPR.  It would also be beneficial if you have conducted data privacy impact assessements (DPIA) and data flow mapping plus SAR requests.
