Sales Support Administrator

Our client is currently seeking a Sales Support member to join their established team at their Head Office in Leicester. This role involves working in a fast-paced sales environment, where you will be responsible for carrying out multiple tasks and ensuring accurate recording and input of data. Your primary goal will be to provide pre and aftersales support to both internal and external customers, maintaining the company's reputation for excellent service.

Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing support to the sales force and customer base.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Sales order processing
  • Ensuring timely submission of invoices
  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Organising transportation for deliveries
  • Performing general sales office administration tasks
  • You will also need to liaise with the sales team, manufacturers, and customers.

Essential requirements for this position include:

  • Previous administration experience
  • The ability to work well under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Self-motivation to meet deadlines
  • An analytical problem-solving approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, and a willingness to undergo product knowledge training.
