Temporary New Homes Sales Negotiator

We are currently working with a well established developer who are looking to bolster their team with temporary sales negotiators on site. There are various dates available working all different days of the week - standard hours will be 10am - 5pm.
Requirements
Provided you can deliver a high standard of customer service and use your initiative this could be the role for you!
Previous New Homes Sales experience is required
You will be employed by U&P where you’ll be paid a competitive hourly rate + holiday contributions, we also have enhanced rates for bank holidays and emergency bookings!
- Meeting and greeting customers on site
- Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
- Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
- Taking customers on viewings
- Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
- Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
- Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.
Key requirements:
- Must hold a full drivers licence and access to your own vehicle
- Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
- Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
- Be immaculately presented
- Be available to work weekends
