Concept Resources are proud to be working with a successful design and manufacturing firm based in Leicester LE3 who are looking for a Sales Operative/Accounts Manager to join their sales team. This role is ideal for someone with previous Customer Service and Account Management experience, who is confident processing orders with attention to detail.

The Sales Operative will be working within a fun and driven team within a family type environment. The successful candidate will be quoting and processing orders for our trade customers whilst maintaining relationships, a demanding but very rewarding office bound role.

Job Duties:

• High demand of phone calls and emails to fulfil customer’s requirements.
• Maintaining and developing client relationships in order to promote business
• Liaising with each department to ensure smooth service
• Being able to prioritise work load
• Handling and presenting quotations
• Processing of orders
• Raising of job sheets
• Admin duties - handling data
• Understanding of the business, its products and services available

Shop floor experience given for the first month to gain knowledge from each department

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a similar role    
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Basic IT Skills including sending emails, and taking phone calls
• Methodical
