My client are Europes leading providers for fantastic tooling, workstations and PPE. They pride themselves on delivering high levels of customer service and being the 1 stop shop for all Manufacturing and Engineering needs.

Due to a promotion we’re looking for a Area Sales Manager who will be responsible to sell their Industrial supplies portfolio range within the East Midlands region. Flexibility towards frequent travel to the territory you’d look after is essential, as well as occasional overseas travel for product training and new product launches will also be required.

• East Midlands Specialist: Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and possibly South Yorkshire postcodes
• West Midlands Specialist: Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands and Worcestershire

Flexibility towards frequent travel to the territory you’d look after is essential, as well as occasional overseas travel for product training and new product launches.

To be successful as a Area Sales Manager, we’re looking for the following skills / experience:

• 'MUST' have knowledge of Cutting tools and knowledge of industrial supplies.
• Technical knowledge to provide advice, solutions and benefits to clients.
• Market knowledge of products, prices & competitors.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Confident in presenting and negotiate products to clients and at trade shows/exhibitions

• £40k - £45K DOE
