Our Client based in Padworth, Reading is looking for a Sales Support person for their dealership on a permanent basis.
Pay is £25,000 per annum, full time hours Mon-Sat 08:45-17:30 with a day off in the week.
The client is closed for business on Sundays and bank holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as support for the sales team while they assist customers.
- Hosting the showroom, helping with customers who are waiting (offering them refreshments etc..)
- Responding to customer enquiries received via the phone/email as well as in person. You will also pass relevant leads onto the sales team
- Taking pictures of new stock and then uploading this onto the company website/portals when the sales team are unable to do so.
- Maintaining the high standard presentation of the showroom and forecourt alongside the sales team.
The suitable candidate:
- Experience in customer facing roles.
- Preferable someone with a back ground in a similar role.
- Polite and outgoing individual.
