Responsibilities of the Sales Support Assistant:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, being the first point of contact
- Process and manager orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
- Raise invoices and chase where needed
- Apply for and complete any necessary certificates and documents
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any issues or concerns
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for the sales manager
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Investigate customer claims
Requirements of the Sales Support Assistant:
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
