Key Responsibilities of a Sales Support Executive:

• Answering inbound correspondence offering a one-step resolution for all
• Agreeing callbacks to customers until resolutions are achieved
• Achieving revenue and margin targets for your customer base
• Delivering exceptional customer experience, supporting both head office and site level
• Driving revenue and providing market-leading customer experience

Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Support Experience:

• Previous experience in sales support and/or customer service
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages
• Experience in using data to identify spending gaps and drive key sales metrics
• Ability to work towards targets
