We are working with a highly successful and growing Banbury based company and we are looking for Telesales / Sales Advisors to join their team.
Duties -
Working from a database of 'warm' leads you will be contacting potential customers and selling the product over the phone.
The successful candidates will be making outbound calls to new business'
Key skills and experience required -
Applicants must have a solid 'Sales' background and real desire to exceed targets
You will be highly proactive and self-motivated
Applicants will have exceptional communication skills and a positive outlook

The role is a full time position, however, part time applicants are welcome as there can be some flexibility.
The basic salary will be up to 29k DOE plus an excellent commission structure and other company benefits
