Start People in Durham are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or a keen sales professional with no recruitment experience to join our successful team.
The successful applicant you will have sales responsibility and be expected to meet and exceed sales targets. However, there will be warm leads and targets already for the successful applicant to go and win business and make money from day one!
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary up to £32k with a year one OTE of up to £45k.
- Uncapped commission structure paying up to 20% of margin generated.

Role Responsibilities
- Cold calling business to business sales.
- Attending sales meetings to win new business.
- Sourcing temporary and permanent staff for your clients.
- Attending client service meetings.
- Negotiating terms of business.
