Earning Potential:

The Knowledge Academy sales prospects come with big earning potentials of £60k/£70k average OTE by year 3 and a structured progression path to achieve your goals.

Build your own Business:

As a Sales Development Representative your main responsibilities will include contacting customers who have enquired about our services or pre-existing clients – this means the added benefit of NO COLD CALLING!

You will also be required to research potential leads for a list of given accounts and contacting them via phone calls, emails and Teams meetings. You will also learn the art of closing and negotiating with the full-training provided upon starting your employment with us. You will have the opportunity to focus on corporate/public sector accounts and really build up your knowledge on the services we provide and become an expert in your field.

It truly feels like running your own business, where you have control over your development and your earning potentials!

You will join The Knowledge Academy Sales Training Program, which is designed to equip you with everything you need to become successful. The program will boost your confidence in your position and upkeep you on your journey of becoming a successful and reputable Account Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Provide professional pre- and post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Presenting via zoom meeting with prospective clients
  • Remain in frequent contact with clients to maintain relationships and understand their needs and requirements
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships
