What Will You Do as a Sales Representative?

• Drive new business initiatives, targeting a diverse range of clients from small shops to large corporations across varied industries, offering tailored sustainable solutions.
• Manage and grow your sales pipeline, leveraging both company-supplied leads and your own initiatives, with a focus on exceeding targets through proactive and reactive strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, acting as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilise and update CRM systems, contributing to the team's collaborative efforts to push boundaries and achieve collective goals.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Tenacious and passionate individuals with a flair for sales, eager to contribute to our mission of delivering eco-friendly solutions.
• Self-motivated and ambitious, with a proven track record in sales (experience in waste management is a plus but not a necessity).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driving licence, as this role involves travel within the Yorkshire region.

Office Location: Head Office in Doncaster: the role covers areas around Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, Leeds and Scunthorpe as well as Hull.

Working Hours: The working hours for the Sales Representative are typically from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday​​.

Hybrid Setup: Hybrid working arrangement with >3 days spent out on the road and <2 days in the office.
