- A track record in advising on Protection products and strong knowledge of the sector
- An ethical and solution-focused approach to ensure you are doing the very best for the customer
- New business focused with the ability or strong desire to build your own client bank
- You'll be coachable, open to advice and guidance and genuinely want to develop yourself
- Be able to commit to occasional travel to the West Midlands office for team training days
- Overflow of leads passed through from the mortgage advisors
- Administration support available
- Part of an recognised mortgage network
- Supportive team environment
- Up to 75% commission
