Pertemps is currently looking for an ambitious individual to join our award-winning team based in central Milton Keynes as a Recruitment Consultant.

What will I be doing?
In recruitment no two days are ever the same, you will be multi-tasking and speaking to a wide range of people at all levels. 
You will manage your recruitment process.  Building a portfolio of clients, and proactively attracting, assessing, and placing candidates within temporary positions with both new and existing clients.
Your role will vary from conducting pre-employment screening, interviewing a candidate, and writing job advertisements, to a coffee with a potential new candidate, or taking your clients to sporting events.
You will be supported by an amazing team providing referencing, administration, compliance, and payroll support in the background, allowing you the time to do what you do best … build your empire.
