A vibrant and creative SME business located in the York area are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team of individuals and to increase and drive sales strategies within the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Recruit, train, and inspire a top sales team.
- Set and exceed sales targets, fostering team motivation.
- Contribute to robust sales strategies for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing for integrated plans.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Manage sales pipeline and ensure adherence to sales processes.
- Sales and performance analysis.
- Budget management.
About you :
- Proven track record in Sales Management, preferably within the kitchen and worktop industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of sales principles.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Results-driven and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Ability to travel to other sites when required.
