£26,000/annum Monthly Bonus - £35,000 OTE

Atkinson Moss are delighted to be recruiting for the role of Client Retention Advisor for a successful and growing city centre based company with a national reach. 

As a Retentions Advisor you will play a key role in renewing client contracts and retaining customers within the business. With excellent negotiation and influencing skills you can earn a fantastic monthly bonus!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the retention of the customer base to ensure year on year growth

  • Provide advice and guidance to customers who express an interest in cancelling or renewing their contract

  • Proactively provide feedback data to the management team regarding the service provided 

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Strong negotiation & influencing skills 

  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task / prioritise and adapt 

  • Proven retention and customer service experience  

  • Great numerical skills 

  • Problem solving skills with the ability to think on your feet 

  • Previous B2B experience  

  • Computer literacy: previous experience of working with salesforce is advantageous

  • Motivation to meet targets

  • Resilience 

The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.  The basic salary offered is £26,000 with the potential to earn up to £35,000 (OTE) in additional performance related bonus.
