£Competitive base salary with OTE exceeding £150k

Raw Selection is a genuine executive search firm, one of only two in Leeds. We work exclusively with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies across Europe and North America. We partner with our clients to secure investment and back-office professionals, then our portfolio division introduces the CEO, CFO and COO profiles into the companies they acquire.

The Healthcare division has several established client relationships across North America and an area which we’ve seen substantial fees from.

Areas within Healthcare we would operate in:

Ø> Services – Dental, Mental Health, Behavioural Health and Insurance

Ø> Pharmaceutical – CDMO, CMO and CRO

Ø> Medical Devices – OEM and Components

What will the role look like?

• Working on C-Suite appointments. With our recent Healthcare placement fees ranging from £140k - £220k, this division has a huge amount of growth potential.
• Managing a team of 6+ Search and Delivery Associates. Build the Healthcare division team around you.

<^> Revenue and actions-based pay rise incentives, competitive basic salary, weekly, monthly, half year, and yearly incentives

Earnings and Attributes:

£175,000 to £200,000 OTE (Based on the current performance of peers in the business)

As the team grows this will be significantly larger

• Experienced operating in the mid to senior-level Healthcare sector market
• Resilient, personable and dedicated
• An experienced Permanent Recruiter with previous billings of £120k+
