I am managing a fantastic new build sales role, working for one of the leading developers across Essex. My client is looking for a motivated sales negotiator that can come on board and sell a live site in Dunmow, Essex to a high standard. My client is open to candidates from estate agency, car sales or any type of customer facing sales experience.
The role of a new build sales exec is to sell the live development, qualify the potential buyers and convert the sales in person.
Responsibilities:
- Sell new build properties / mixture of appartments and houses
- Meet and greet customers who walk in to view the development
- Build 5 star relationships
- Be Target driven and hungry to push on with more sales
- Learn the company values and implement them daily
