Sales/Customer Services Advisor
Seeking contracting work in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry? Looking to be a part of a well-established company and brand? We are looking for a Sales/Customer Services Advisor to join our prestigious client on a long-term basis.
Working within the Sales Team, you will be communicating with a portfolio of existing & new customers for their new car and LCV quote to order requirements.
The main objectives of the Sales/Customer Services Executive
- Working to deliver & exceed targets set & agreed by the business.
- Sales through service attitude with excellent telephone skills.
- Be proactive and manage workload.
- Strong relationship building to work with our Public Sector clients.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience and knowledge within a sales and customer service environment.
- Previous experience in the Automotive or Financial Service industry is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Capable of positive negotiation.
- Computer literate with all Microsoft Packages.
- High level of motivation and resilience.
