Responsibilities:

· Source top-tier talent through various methods.

· Build and maintain candidate networks.

· Source new clients.

· Understand client needs and provide exceptional recruitment services.

· Conduct interviews and assessments.

· Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

· Stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

· Proven sales or recruitment experience.

· Strong knowledge of best practices.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in IT software and social media platforms.

What we offer:

· Salary: £26k - £30k PA depending on experience + Uncapped OTE (£60k) plus other incentives!

· Continued professional development.

· Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9.00 – 17.00

· Holidays: 30 days which increases with length of service +1day extra for your birthday.
