Area to be covered: London & South East

Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000neg + bonus (negotiable)

Benefits: £350 car allowance negotiable & full benefits

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Façade Fixings Systems will involve:

• Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of fixings & anchoring systems for facades, concrete walls, masonry walls, steel structures and blockwork applications
• Majority of your time will be spent selling to builders merchants and tier 1/2 contractors such as: SIG, Bluebay & Myers
• The remaining portion of your time will be spent generating specifications with architects, contractors and specifiers
• Turnover target will be determine d on your experience
• Will predominantly be going after new business however will be given existing accounts

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Façade Fixings Systems with:

• Must have construction field sales experience
• Open to what building products / materials you’ve sold
• Ideally from an associated product background such as: building envelope, roofing, fixing systems, facades, concrete, concrete walls, masonry walls, steel structures etc
• Would consider an internal sales person from a builder merchant
• Ideally contacts with the likes of Mace and McAlpine
• Must be able to pick up technical aspect of the role
• Must want to growth and better your career
