The Company

Solis Recruitment has partnered with a growing Fintech Bank on the lookout for experienced FX Sales Executives to join their teams, working remotely.

They have made it easier for businesses to open accounts, trade internationally whilst reducing both the time taken to trade internationally and reducing costs.  

Priding themselves on delivering a first-class service, they’re looking for experienced Sales Executives with a strong understanding of Foreign Exchange services, a background in winning clients, a proven track record of building key relationships and ambition to shape their career within a growing start up environment.

The Role 

The Sales Executive will be confident generating leads through various channels, including online research, referrals and networking. This role will suit someone who thrives when working autonomously, and excels at meeting and exceeding KPI’s. The Sales Executive will be working closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide customised solutions, representing the company well and providing a high level of service is key.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead generation – identifying target clients with your niche industry and territories, use different outreach methods and tactics to build and establish relationships.
  • Use prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Managing sales process from start to finish, qualifying client need for Foreign Exchange services, if they align with products and service offers and will adhere to the correct compliance requirements.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, providing customised solutions to meet their needs and providing the highest level of service.
  • Remaining up to date with market trends and developments, in order to provide clients with the most relevant and appropriate advice.
  • Working well with other team members to ensure team success.
  • Managing client relationship on-going and providing support where required.

Skills and Experience 

To be successful in your application for the Sales Executive role, you will have a strong understanding of the FX industry, and experience of providing excellent client service and tailored solutions. 

You will have/be:

  • 6+ months experience working in a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • A confident self-starter, someone with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • A strong understanding of the FX industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients at all levels.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about FX and the industry.
  • Versatility and adaptability – someone with the ability to collaborate and work as part of a team, but who is also comfortable working autonomously and using their initiative.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting/lead generation tools
  • A valid DBS.

The Sales Executive role will suit someone who is keen to develop and further their career in sales, and who has a strong interest in trading the financial markets.

The Sales Executive role offers a base salary of between £21,000 - £27,000  per annum DOE, with a very competitive commission structure with average OTE of £50,000 - £70,000.
