A local specialist recruitment agency within M&E and construction has a requirement for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
At Tech-People all our consultants are trained as a full 360 consultant; calling existing clients, prospects, canvassing or 'specing' in candidates, as well as filling an abundant amount of vacancies with committed clients.
You will need to be; intelligent, switched-on, articulate, trustworthy, dependable, steadfast, hardworking and have a full driving licence.
We offer a very friendly team atmosphere with a competitive commission scheme. As a consultant, you will be earning in excess of £40k per year.
£25k per month billings you will earn £103,000 per year.
£20k per month billings you will earn £78,000 per year.
£15k per month billings you will earn £52,000 per year.
- Recruitment consultant will be recruiting for permanent requirements.
- Recruitment consultant will be working on large volume requirements as well as specific niche requirements.
- Recruitment consultant will be recruiting for both blue and white-collar positions.
- Recruitment consultant will be resourcing for committed vacancies, managing key clients and prospecting for new business opportunities.
