Trainee Recruitment Consultant Programme – Bristol

£25,000 to £30,000 per annum 

Commission + Bonus + Incentives from Day 1

The recruitment industry is exciting but is a highly competitive, demanding, and fast-paced sector. To equip you for this role we will give you structured training. We give you one-to-one coaching, classroom-based learning and ongoing mentorship. During your first 6 months you will be trained in every aspect of the recruitment role. At Interaction you will be working alongside some of the most talented and successful people in the UK recruitment industry.

What is the role? 

This is a sales role where you will be responsible daily for identifying and winning new business. Although predominantly sales, recruitment is a very satisfying and rewarding career where you are helping people to find jobs and businesses to find staff. 

At Interaction your earnings are unlimited and in your first year you should expect to earn over 40k in year one. Once successful, your earnings potential is superb with our high achievers earning £60k+ per annum and many earning £75k+.
