Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant

Off the back of a successful recruitment drive for Trainee Recruiters I am now looking for someone to join us at a more senior level, focusing on food & FMCG industries.

At The Sterling Choice, we excel in food industry recruitment, we have a team of 18 consultants so to compliment the skills we already have, I am needing an experienced consultant to join us on a full time basis.

Role:

• Source top-tier candidates across an un-decided discipline within the the FMCG industry, will be anything from engineering, operations or technical.
• Generate and chase leads while keeping a pool of warm candidates you can continually dive into to ensure our clients are kept in the loop with the top talent.

Requirements:

• Proven recruitment experience (2-3 years) on a permanent 360 or interim 360 desk, ideally in the food industry.
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Able to work on a proactive basis, too many recruiters are working reactively and wonder why their pipeline is £0
• Deep knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for the food sector.
