  Saturday (rota 1 in 4) 8.30am - 12.30pm

We are delighted to be supporting an established clients with the resourcing of and experienced Warranty Administrator to join their successful and friendly Aftersales Team. The Warranty Administrator will ensure the accurate and timely processing of Warranty claims.

Your day

• Submission of warranty claims are made to manufacturer.
• warrant submissions are accurately invoiced and costed.
• Provide advice on claims to the Franchise team.
• process clerical functions within the department.
• Maintain records of warranty submissions, credits, and customer contributions towards goodwill claims.
• Assist the Aftersales Manager in excelling at warranty audit results.
• Assist with other administration duties when necessary.
