OFFICE BASED TELESALES EXECUTIVE / CAMBRIDGE / UP TO £27K BASIC + £5K OTE
Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for closing deals? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the thrill of reaching sales targets? If the answer is yes, our client wants YOU to join to join their dynamic team based in Cambridge.

Our client is the leading provider of single ply roofing, roof repairs, and roof replacements in the Cambridge area. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, they have a vast amount of knowledge and expertise, and their team is dedicated to delivering top-quality work at competitive prices.

They now require a full-time office-based Telesales Executive to play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by calling commercial clients and securing appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm, charisma, and persuasive skills and will be instrumental in expanding the client base and generating new business opportunities.

Telesales roles are not for the faint-hearted. You will need to be resilient and will not be phased when dealing with a large number of customer calls on a daily basis. But if you see this as an opportunity rather than a chore the rewards can be substantial.

Key Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive:

  • Calling potential commercial clients to pitch our construction services.
  • Delivers a consultative sales approach and displays a positive and professional attitude.
  • Establishing rapport and building relationships with decision-makers.
  • Set appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective clients.
  • Achieves and exceeds weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Provides excellent customer service and maintains client satisfaction.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in telesales or marketing (construction industry experience is a plus).
  • High levels of resilience and tenacity, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to build strong rapport, forging lasting relationships.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Positive outlook, with a desire to achieve with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
