On behalf of our Reading based client M4 Recruitment are looking for reliable and experienced Sales Executive

Rates of pay £26,000 per annum

You will be working 37.5hrs a week Monday to Friday, 09:00am-17:00pm

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for the retention, growth, reactivation and profitable development of existing and new customer by proactively capturing and managing customers’ orders.

To be a successful applicant for this position Sales Executive you will be required to have the following skills / experiences.

- Proven ability to work in KPI focused, target driven environment
- Strong commercial awareness with first class negotiating skills
- Previous experience in sales/telesales environment
- Ability to successfully deliver against targets
- Ability to work under pressure in an environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills
- Self motivated but can work well in and out of a team
- Confident with using Microsoft office applications such as excel, word etc..

In the role you will be expected to successfully fulfil the below:

- Achieve/Exceed Period Sales and daily focus targets
- Achieve/Exceed individual agreed KPI’s
- Utilizing competitor activity and market insights to your advantage
- Growing share of wallet and building a pipeline across product categories
- Proactively identify new business opportunities
- Actively manage risk within the customer base, including up trading/down trading & credit exposure
