Key Responsibilities of The Sales Support Coordinator:

• Provide comprehensive support to the Sales team, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage the sales order processes from start to finish, including the processing of new and used machine sales orders.
• Collaborate seamlessly with depot workshops, parts departments, and external suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Generate purchase orders and handle requests with precision and timeliness.
• Monitor machine costs and margins to uphold financial objectives.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for holiday or sickness cover, including coordinating transport moves and offering National Account support.
• Contribute actively to the overall success of our clients business operation through teamwork and transparent communication within the company.

Job Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Office applications, with advanced Excel skills being advantageous.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a sales support role is desirable.
