Due to unprecedented growth within the business, we are now looking to hire an outstanding individual to continue to drive the success of the business. Reporting to the Head of Sales, we are looking for an Outbound Sales Executive who loves making calls and having engaging conversations.  You will be passionate, professional and will thrive working in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to help us scale our talent solutions business by generating client meetings for our sales team. As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for calling potential clients to set up new business meetings for our Directors, using a qualified leads list, which will be provided for you. You should feel comfortable talking to senior level decision makers with a warm and professional style.  You will work closely with our senior management and will receive continual training and development.

Your responsibilities:

  • Calling prospective clients to introduce our solutions and book meetings.
  • Manage, track, and follow up on leads by calling them promptly.
  • Target-based role, so you will be responsible for meeting daily KPIs, booking meetings with prospects
  • Conduct compelling sales calls to showcase our recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all our recruitment solutions and offerings.
  • Track all appointments, sales reports meticulously for review.
  • Actively seek self-improvement through experience and feedback from managers.

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience as an outbound sales representative in a similar sales role.
  • You must enjoy being on the phone and talking to people.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Confident, outgoing personality.
  • Ability to stay organised and manage leads effectively.
  • Resilience, determination and great people skills are a must.
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient, with the ability and willingness to take initiative.
  • Have good spoken and written English
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Up to £28,000 basic with excellent bonus scheme (realistic OTE £45,000)
