Position Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in order processing, customer service, and sales administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Assist with sales administration tasks and documentation.
- Maintain CRM systems and customer databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order fulfilment.
- Generate sales reports and analyse sales data.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales administration and customer service.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of technical fabrics or related industries is a plus.
