Internal Sales Executive

We are actively seeking an experienced Sales Executive for our construction industry client. This an exciting role for anyone wishing to join a successful and ambitious team and work with a fast-growing, dynamic company.

• Generate and develop good relationships with prospects via phone or email.
• Understand customer needs to enable successful product recommendations.
• Undertake reactive and proactive sales activities to acquire new customers and retain existing customers.
• Manage all customer interactions and follow-up on all pipeline prospects.
• Ensure highest level of customer support and satisfaction through the sales process.
• Provide feedback to the management team to help develop and improve the sales process.
• Liaise with occasional counter sales customers.

Profile of an Ideal Candidate;

• Previous experience in Sales Exec / Business Development - Minimum 2 years
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
• Self-driven and ambitious, yet also able to work as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised and structured approach to completing tasks and managing pipelines.
• Previous experience within the construction industry or a keen interest to pursue a sales career within this industry.

On offer is a competitive salary up to £32000 + Bonus Package
