Sales Executive required to join a well-established electrical manufacturing company in Braintree. Starting salary £23,000pa on a temporary-permanent basis working 08:00-16:30 with a 14:00 finish on a Friday! As well as this you will be working in a brand new purpose-built facilities, and will receive 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) on permanent!

Key Sales Executive duties for this position include but are not limited to:

• Liaise with external and internal customers - end user, Technical Support, Planning/ Logistics and Sales
• Receive and input customer orders within 24 hours of receipt of order
• Up sell of customer orders
• Review, analyse and progress orders, order related reports/department updates received
• Participate in Credit Management in liaison with Finance Department - investigate and issue credit/debit notes
• Assist customers with invoice queries and escalate if necessary to resolve
• Escalate issues to line Management when necessary
• Process and respond to incoming enquiries-via fax, telephone, email
• Ad-Hoc Projects to support Internal Sales and Sales Team

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales Executive position:

• Experience in a sales roles and working to hit tagets/KPI's
• Good degree of IT Literacy - MS Office, Excel. Other database awareness
• High level of numeracy/attention to detail
• Pro-active and responsive to customer (internal and external) requirements
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
