Do you have Business Development / Sales experience and are looking for a role where you can earn significant commission through selling consultatively to business clients.

Our client, a leading UK banking group, are looking for a hard-working and ambitious individual to join their friendly team as a Business Development Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent telemarketing and should possess strong people and teamwork skills, alongside an organised approach to tasks and responsibilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with the capability to showcase expertise in telephone sales techniques, wants to earn lots of money in a corporate environment and further their career in a financial company.

Responsibilities as a Business Development Executive

  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing Team to follow up on tactical campaigns effectively.
  • Strategically plan time and tasks to ensure monthly sales and calling objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to pinpoint target prospects, integrating insights from previous prospect engagements.
  • Maintain and update the company's contact management database/CRM platform in alignment with sales pipeline and marketing campaign analytics.
  • Coordinate scheduling of new business meetings with Sales Directors.
  • Deliver exceptional telemarketing efforts to secure new business appointments for our Regional Sales Directors consistently.
  • Meet and exceed high-volume call and duration goals.
  • Cultivate enduring connections with potential clients, serving as a dedicated Brand Ambassador.
  • Assess inbound telephone and digital inquiries, transforming them into qualified sales opportunities.
