OUTBOUND SALES Advisor - WORK FROM HOME!

Contract: Full-time, permanent role - start date January 2024
Salary: £22,000, with excellent monthly commission structure

Average bonus is around £700 per month. However, top performers are making upwards of £1200 per month!!
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Amazing shifts, NO WEEKENDS!

• Monday - Thursday 10.30am - 7.00pm
• Every Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

OR

• Monday 10am - 6.30pm - Tues - Thurs 9.30am - 6.30am - Friday 9.30am - 4pm
• Monday - 11.30am - 8pm - Tues - Thurs 11am - 8pm and Friday 9.30am - 4pm (Fixed Shift)

CCA Recruitment have an exciting new role with our client, Domestic and General, as an Outbound Sales Agent, contacting customers to offer Domestic & General products and making sure customers are fully protected with their latest purchases.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• At least 1 years experience in outbound sales
• Great communication skills and demonstrating empathy when needed
• Driven and able to show determination to hit targets
• Provide an excellent customer service experience for each customer you deal with

This is a great opportunity to work from home, all your equipment is provided, and you will be taken through Domestic and General's excellent training programme to help you gain full knowledge and skills to succeed in this role. As a representative you will be responsible for calling outbound to customers and getting to know them and their individual needs, to offer them the fantastic products we have available to make sure they are fully protected. You will use communication skills and building rapport with each customer you deal with to share the benefits of our products and finding what is right for them.
