Area to be covered: North East (based Newcastle)

Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + bonuses giving an overall package of circa £100k

The role of the Sales & Depot Manager – Building Products will involve:

• Hybrid Sales Manager & Depot Manager position promoting a range plastic drainage, ducting and supply systems
• Initially the position will be a Sales Manager role however once the depot opens will become a Depot / Branch Manager position long terms
• Dealing with and selling to merchants, housebuilders and end users for example: utilities companies, Jewson’s, Keyline, Howarth & Civil & Lintels
• Turnover target circa 100k per month once up and running
• Will be required to hire for the new depot
• Provide training, development, coaching and motivation
• Developing business plans, financial objectives and forecasts

The ideal applicant will be a Sales & Depot Manager – Building Products with:

• Must have construction sales experience
• Ideally have depot or branch management experience
• Ideally have contacts with builder merchants, housebuilders & end users
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
• Ideally on the up in career, looking for progression
