Premier Recruitment are looking to hire an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Derby.
Recruitment Resourcer duties
- Matching current vacancies using CRM and job boards
- Interviewing potential candidates both over the telephone and Face - Face
- Registering candidates for work
- Collecting RTW docs and making sure candidates are fully compliant before starting work
- Client account management
- upselling to existing clients utilising all areas of their business
Candidate Requirement
- Full Valid UK driving license
- Minimum of 1 years recruitment experience
- Sales experience
- Competent knowledge of IT software - excel, word, power point
- Good communication skills
- Good work ethic
