Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Halesowen (Hybrid / Field Based)

Salary: £40-50K base salary - OTE up to £100,000

Shift Patterns: 08:00 - 17:00

Join our thriving client as a Field Sales Executive and play a key role in driving a high-performance business. Our client specialises in providing efficient and reliable services to businesses within Service Delivery, Furniture, Fit Out, Removals, FM, and Property across the UK and some parts of Europe. Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction with every project. If you're a motivated sales professional with a passion for exceeding targets and building strong client relationships, we will need you for this role!

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales to achieve revenue targets, acquire new clients, and maintain existing customer relationships. You will develop and implement sales strategies, oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within Removals, Furniture, Service delivery or similar industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Maximising performance and productivity.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, customers, and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and follow up on quotations.
  • Providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and service enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all sales activities and quotations.
  • Approving quotations to ensure maximum profit.
  • Liaising with surveyors.
  • Ensuring formal quotes are provided within a timely manner.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction maintaining the company's high quality standards.
  • Attending networking events.


    Qualification/experience:
  • Proven experience in Sales / Business development with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience within the Service delivery, Furniture, Removals, Fit out or Property.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Strategical thinker with analytic skills to identify opportunities.
  • CRM systems experience (e.g Sales Force)
