Role: Area Sales Manager – Protective Industrial Coatings

Location: Home Based – South-West Coverage

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Basic, uncapped bonus, pension, healthcare + CAR

Area Sales Manager – Protective Industrial Coatings:

My client is a leading global manufacturer of protective, industrial, marine, structural steel and oil/gas coatings. To accelerate their growth, they are looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to cover the South-West.

The role is to manage the existing customer base across the region and generate new business. The role reports into a UK Sales Manager.

Area Sales Manager – Protective Industrial Coatings:

• It is preferred that the candidate has successfully sold Protective & Industrial Coatings. Ideally this will be with another manufacturer, but they would look at a candidate from a Distributor or Contractor if you have strong product knowledge.

• Candidates from a different type of Coatings would still be encouraged to apply.

• Essential you have strong relationship building skills and a track record of growing an account base.

• New business development experience is required.

• You must be based in the South-West and be prepared to cover this territory.
